OAT STRAW AND LEMON BALM TEA (Infusion)
The hay-like part of the oat is good for depression it’s nourishing tonic and mood booster.
1 serving
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
1 cup water 2 teaspoons dried oat straw 2 teaspoons dried lemon balm leaf Honey, to taste
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
1. Boil the water and pour it over the oat straw and lemon balm.
2. Steep for 20–30 minutes, then strain out the herbs.
3. Add honey.
4. One recommended dose is 2–4 cups a day for a week & that will be good for depression .
OTHER: Exercise has been shown to step up blood flow to the brain, help regenerate brain cells, and improve the effect of key neurotransmitters. Take a walk, go for a swim, rake leaves. Just move.
